Here's What's Happening
Dan Messore Standards Trio
Last Friday of the Month 7pm - 9pm
Experience an evening of effortless, swinging jazz as the Dan Messore Standards Trio brings a touch of class to Broad Haven.
Featuring the melodic guitar of Dan Messore, the steady, warm pulse of Jake Newman on bass, and the sensitive, crisp percussion of Gethin Jones on drums.
The trio specializes in a "hard-swinging but light" approach - delivering the timeless sophistication of the Great American Songbook with a nimble touch that perfectly complements the room.
It’s world-class music that’s present, soulful, and never intrusive.
Open Mic
Every Sunday 3pm - 6pm
On Sunday afternoons, Rwts comes alive with live music, good vibes, and community spirit.
Hosted by singer-songwriter Mike Chant, our weekly open mic is a space for anyone and everyone to share, listen, connect and enjoy live music together.
From 3pm – 6pm, local musicians take to the mic, bringing sounds and styles from all walks of life. Whether you’re a seasoned performer, picking up an instrument for the first time, or simply love being part of a live music crowd, you’re welcome to join us.
We’ve created this event to inspire and cultivate community - bringing people together through music, encouraging new connections, and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable having a go.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
Arrive early to secure your spot if you’d like to perform, or just come along, soak up the atmosphere, support local talent (and stay for the pizzas).

a Band named Brian
Think of a Song Productions
11th June 2026
Stories… Songs… Surprises…
Infectious rhythms and memorable hooks underpin honest truth-telling in some of a Band named Brian’s most powerful writing to date. Brian addresses universal truths by way of personal observation. His delivery is raw, unpolished and brutally frank.
Together with fiddle player Rob Whale, the duo cycles from venue to venue, raising environmental awareness - and spirits - through the medium of song. Two parts Billy Bragg to one Part Levellers, with a touch of Johnny Cash, think of Brian as like a more middle-class Beans on Toast (Halloumi on Sourdough?).
You’ll laugh, you’ll cry… you may just dance!
Surfers Against Sewage Paddle Out
16th May 2026
On Saturday 16th May, we'll be joining forces with Surfers Against Sewage, standing with the local community on the beach and voices across the UK, to protest for our seas and demand action to end sewage pollution.
The event aligns with us celebrating Rwts' first birthday, and as this cause is close to our hearts and reflects everything we believe in, we will be supporting the day here at Rwts.
SAS will be holding a placard making workshop in the garden, following with a paddle out protest, before joining us back in the garden to kick off the birthday celebrations with pizza by the slice, and live music from Daisy B & band.
Come celebrate with us, raise your voice, and protect the waters we all love.
WOOD N WAVES
Weekend of 9th - 10th May 2026
Last year we introduced the concept of a weekend dedicated to surf & skate, including competitions, lessons, and open riding.
After all the hype we received, we couldn’t be more stoked to officially launch Wood N Waves 🤙🏽
On the weekend of 9th & 10th of May, Rwts will be kicking off the start of the Summer season by hosting a surf and skate comp in Broad Haven 🌞
You can expect live music, good food, and top-tier community spirit … there’s further details to come, so keep an eye out for more!
