Forget predictable. We’ve put a seaside spin on the season, with dishes that are made to share, celebrate, and seriously impress.

Fig, goats cheese & honey crostini
Crisped sourdough topped with creamy goat’s cheese, jammy black figs, honey drizzle, and toasted walnuts.

Spiced carrot & chickpea soup with candied pecans
Silky soup of roasted carrots and chickpeas, gently spiced with cumin and cinnamon. Finished with coconut cream and pecan crumble.

Winter Truffle & Chestnut Ramen Bowl
A luxurious festive ramen bringing together the earthy richness of truffle, roasted chestnut sweetness, and deep umami from mushroom miso broth, the perfect winter warmer. Choose from Udon or rice noodles.

Chilli & Garlic King Prawns with Festive Rice & Pak Choi
Pan-tossed king prawns in garlic, red chilli, and lemon butter served over ginger-sesame jasmine rice with flash-fried pak choi, spring onions, and a squeeze of lime. Finished with crispy chilli oil & crushed cashews.

BBQ Pork Ribs with Creamed Corn & Marmite Buttered Potatoes
Slow-roasted local pork ribs coated in sticky house BBQ glaze, served with creamed corn, Marmite-buttered potatoes, and crispy fried onions. A Rwts festive take on Sunday comfort. sweet, smoky & savoury.

Winter Veg Harvest Pizza 
Roasted butternut squash, garlic, spinach, and feta on a tomato base, finished with cranberry, balsamic glaze and toasted pecans. Colourful, cosy, and festive to the core.

Pear & Pecan Indulgence
Tender pear poached in cinnamon and star anise, paired with light vanilla-whipped mascarpone and crushed candied pecans for crunch. Smooth, fragrant and festive, the perfect finish to a winter feast.

Deconstructed Apple Pie
Roasted cinnamon apples topped with buttery shortbread crumble and a pour of warm vanilla custard. All the comfort of a classic apple pie, reimagined Rwts style.
